What We Do
The Giggles use a combination of
positive psychology and unconditional laughter which promotes positive emotions and happiness.  The Science of Happiness is a phrase which is increasingly heard which relates to happiness being found within ourselves, instead of externally in an ever increasing materialist world where stress is at an all time high.

This particular form of laughter therapy or laughing yoga, (Laughter Yoga) is a technique which combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing, which brings more oxygen to the brain and body and we feel more energetic and healthy. Wipe all images of sitting in a lotus position and giggling from your mind, there are no yoga postures to be held.

Laughter has
profound effects on our mental and physical state of being:
  • the release of endorphins and serotonin;
  • decresses levels of stress hormones;
  • beats depression and anxiety;
  • boosts the immune system;
  • increases circulation;
  • floods the body with oxygen;
  • is an aerobic exercise;
  • and improves communication and creativity.
